The driveway continues round to the parking area on the eastern side of the house with a 3 bay cart lodge (with internal access to the house) and parking for a number of cars.
The garden area lies principally to the south and west of the house, comprising a mixture of lawn with a variety of trees and shrubs. To the north are four post and rail paddocks with a railed and floodlit ménage (40m x 20m approximately) and with a natural pond to the northeast. Vehicular access is possible around the
perimeter of the grounds which include productive orchards including 19 varieties of apples, pears and plums.
There is also a 2 acre reservoir located in the south eastern corner of the grounds, ideal for the fishing enthusiast and well stocked with carp and trout. Adjacent to the reservoir is a large established woodland know as Likely Wood, carpeted with bluebells in the spring, in all about 66 acres.
