Wickham Bishops is served by two main line British Rail train stations, which both offer a fast and reliable train service into London in one direction and Colchester and beyond in the other. Good parking is available at both stations within close walking distance to the stations.

Witham Train Station

Witham Town is only about 3 miles from Wickham Bishops and a local Hoppa bus operates between the village and the train station. Bus time tables are available. This is a main line station and offers a direct service into Stratford Station and into Liverpool Street. The London Underground Central Line also operates from Stratford Station where you can pick up an underground train into Londons West End.

Hatfield Peverel Train Station

This station also offer a main line service into London and Colchester and the East Coast, but the trains are less frequent. Many of the express train do not stop at Hatfield Peverel.
